Good day

My name is Stanley Adams, I have send 4 emails to the departtment already. I had applied for uif in march 2012 at the mitchell"s plain office in town centre, I had a duplicate id and had it rectified at home affairs, so now it is taking longer for my claim to processed, which I understand, but is has been 1 year, and still i'm waiting why? I went to the office countless times, when I spoke to the manager

he said that they're investigating and that they are looking for the people who the money was paid to. So now it becomes my problem and i'm not getting any help.

My understanding is that deceased has worked for a different company in the Eastern Cape and only that money was paid to his beneficiary. I have worked for a different company in Cape Town, so why cant they pay my money? I have no more patients i'm unemployed, 2 children and no money. I received call backs from your office from different people, saying that they are investigating, but nobody ever came back to me.
PLEASE HELP ME.
