On the 25th of feb went to book for licence, got to RTI pinetown @ 9.30 stood at line we were not being attended no form was given to us, we were not told the steps etc. the line was going very slow @ 14.30 they told us they are closing now! they cant help us we must come back the following day. Is it possible or fair that i got there early but go back home empty handed mind you i was coming from mlazi to pinetown that taxi fare for nothing!!! those people are not working at all. the time i spent there 5hrs but nothing
they need to up their game and they should know by now how many people they serve in the day so when u arrive in the morning they tell u what number you are.spend the whole day there and u are not being attended to because of their behaviour had to go some where else to book.
