My son made a booking for his learners licence for today 31/07/2013. The test was finished just after 14:00 and those who passed fell into the queue to pay for issuing of the learners license. Many people were queued to pay for the same. The office staff informed people queueing to come back tomorrow as they are all going to a farewell party and closing the office. Well, he is employed and would not be able to be back the next morning to finalize and some of the other people queueing cam from far and paid up to R100.00 fair to get there!!! He spoke to the branch manager 'SUSAN"immediately as nothing about this was said a week ago when the booking was made. Susan insisted that they come back as there is nothing she can do they are going to a farewell party. Is this how we treat our customers?
