SAPO Tshwane hub is non functional

My package (RI275080538ZA) has been stuck at the Tshwane mail hub for the last 2 weeks, despite trying to contact them via email and telephone there has been no response (They do not even answer the phone). This type of poor service is unacceptable and I am left wondering if anyone even works at this so called "hub". SAPO get your act together!
