NEVER RECEIVED PENSION FUND MONEY PAID

Hi My name is Melani Williams. I have been employed at the Department of Social Development Rustenburg from September 2008 till June 2009. I have resigned properly wiht a month's notice, My supervisor did gave a release letter to headoffice. Human Resources are refusing to give me a withdrawal form. I phoned Human Resources numerous times. I also phoned the Goverment Pension Administration keeps on giving me excuses. I feel they deducted money from my salary and i am entitled to it. I have been struggling since 2009.
