On two occasions I was driving to Soshanguve on the N1 North, between Midrand and Pretoria. Just before the Jean Avenue Offramp, there was a part of the tar that was removed so the road makes a small dip, then there's a bump where the road comes up back up onto the tar. I hit that bump and got a flat tyre. The 1st time, the rim was bent, so i took it for repairs. The second time, the rim got cracked and i luckilly i was able to get it repaired. My biggest worry is what if next time there is permanent damage to my one of my rims or to the same rim? Who will pay for 4 new rims, because rims don't get sold individually. I wish they could make the bump smoother, where the car comes back up onto the tar, so that no damage is done to our cars. i have kept both slips and would like to request that the Municipality reimburse me, becase it is not my fault and this experienced inconvenienced me because each time, i had to buy new tyres as well.
