Its the 3rd night with no electricity in a block that houses hundreds and from which a few businesses run.
How long can it take to diagnose an outage then have it corrected. The call center is not of much help as always, all they have to say about the status of this issue is "i dint know hey", each time i call. There are no seniors or managers to talk to, what are we paying all these high prices for?
Im not sure whether City Power just doesn't care, if someone is running the place badly or if the lot are just incompetent.
