POOR ACCOUNT SERVICES

Last year November 2012 I received my water account with a "Balance Brought Forward" of over R16000.00. I queried it the day after. It's been almost 6 Months after that date, and the R16000.00 Query is STILL REFLECTING on my account. In the mean time I'm being charges "Financial Cost" because Tshwane Accounts Department can not do their job. Is this what we're left with in South Africa...
