The Umjindi is overcharging my grandmother for water, claiming she is owing More than R 11000.00, she always pays every month, and she even started paying via ABSA Bank due to the very bad treatment she's been receiving at the Municipality. They sent people to change the meter for no reason, the people confirmed that they do not see anything wrong with the meter and that everything was fine from what they could see, but they were scared of not following the instructions from the person (Mr Sambo) who sent them so they changed it. Please assist with this beacuse it is causing my grandmother a lot of stress, they even threatened her that she will lose her house if she does not pay, she does not even over use water as she is only staying with my brother and they are no leakages as per the people sent, she pays every month, so where does the R 11000.00 come from? Please assist in solving this. Alot of people has been complaing about similar situations. it seems like they are targeting the older people and this is realy wrong by all means. NB. the whole area only gets water once a day for few hours as the rest of the day they close water due to their own reasons there is no way my grandmother is owing R 11000.00
