Department Of Home Affairs
Insulting

I applied for a new ID Book on the 7th of Jan 2014. I have almost a week searching for home affairs helpline number on the internet. A lot of numbers didn't exist until I decided to call the provincial managers so they can give me a direct number for helpline. I phoned Mr Robert Zitha randomly. He just asked me in a loud voice what did I want, i told him nicely with a respect. He insulted me using HEAVY words telling me that he has nothing to do with IDs. Who must I contact in this case because I really want my ID book. Our government just employ people that are useless and I wonder how did he become a manager. I'm going to lay charges for him for insulting me that way we will meet in court
