PAY EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY

I paid R15 000-00 for breast implants and now I am scared went back to fix and the operation was cancelled I am working and can't spend two days off work to do nothing. The breast clinic floors were so dirty I even took pictures of that... Very Upset about paying R15 000-00 to get the ugly scare on my breast I will not advice ANYBODY to go for operation at Helen Joseph Hospital
