My house is the only one with no power in my neighborhood. Last time, due to bad communication, it took 3 days for my problem to be resolved. I have a temporary power connection that is weak and susceptible to the elements. I applied that it be fixed so it is permanent to no avail. I specified when I logged my complaint that the technician would need to come in a truck that could lift him to the connection as it is too high for the smaller trucks with the freestanding ladders. Still the technician who came was driving the wrong truck and had to turn back as he could not assist. It's now 6 hours since I logged the complaint and my kids need to go to school in the morning.
