CIPC ridiculously incompetent

I submitted an application in October 2013 and have not received any response. I called to follow up during December 2013 and was told to send an email to the addess given still no response. Thereafter I made numerous calls to the call center but cant get to speak to anyone.

Today I visited the offfices of the CIPC in Pretoria and was shocked to see the level of incompentence and corruption. People accost you on the street before you even enter, offering to help process your request sooner for a price. I've seen a person give a security guard what looked like a folded R100 note on the sly. Then they have a customer center in Sunnypark Mall where there is complete chaos.

Government entities are surely getting worse, it looks like a free for all. help us.
