The steel water meter cover was from outside our property. We reported this to Ekhurhuleni Water by phone and were given a reference number. We were most surprised when their subcontractors arrived examined the missing cover and then advised us that they wished to replace the tap and water meter with the newer type thus eliminating the need for a cover. The crew were friendly knew exactly what to do and the final installation was very neat. They then thoroughly checked that everything was working.
