Dis functional equipment and bad service

We went to the clinic on the 27 January 2013 at 21h00. My brother had a broken leg and we took him to the clinic, upon arrival we requested a strecher because he couldnt walk let alone sit upright. we were told by the tagless and nameless nurse that the strecher was available but doesn't work. They didnt even come to check the patient at the bakkie. we then have to seek n alternative at other medical facillity.
