However I am still awaiting feedback, and it would be interesting to know why my late mothers' certified id copy has been sitting in your Durban offices for the past two weeks and not sent to your PTA offices. That is according to your call centre. I have been phoning once a week to check for feedback and it is still sitting in your Durban offices. I will continue to make a follow up every week in case other documents go astray.
