Im waiting for clearance certificate. I sat there the whole day on Monday, My reference number is in the 500's. so I had to go back home. I called the call centre to find out what number they are at so that I can make that trip to the Walk In Centre coz I cant drive from far only to be turned back again if they don't get to my number.
Who do I need to contact to find out how far they are? Or do I need to pay a bribe for some1 to help me quicker? Coz I see people who are being helped quicker are the ones paying the staff bribes.
If there's a backlog, why not hire more staff or current staff work harder and meet deadlines if any. MXIM
