I'm a paying client to this municipality for my lights and water!
I used to receive bills every month to let me know how much to pay and so I would, now this people
Can't send me one letter, I have to keep emailing and requesting one with my money! I paid for the light and water out of an estimation because they didn't bill me, now I'm at work they office are closed and lines closed I can't do anything but to go back to a dark house! Why was I not informed that I had to pay more! Why are thy just cutting my lights without telling me the facts! I hate they service and I want a reason and explanation of how the bill got so high and why I anti receiving my bill monthly and an apology
