Power outage

I have logged numerous calls, received no feedback, been on hold for hours on end and no luck.

I have been without power for TWO days due to a fault on the pole outside my house.

I have sent emails to the customercare mail box, phone every number on the website, but no luck,

This has to be a breach of contract!!!
