My parents electricity has been disconnected. I had paid half the outstanding amount last week with a view to pay the rest by the end of this month.
The call centre operator by the name of Ridwan informed me there was nothing he could do until the payment was made. I then enquired how the payment system works as I wanted to set up a debit account.
His response was one of irritation and he rudely told me that I must phone someone else.
He has zero customer service qualities. He was annoyed to have to deal with me and just to explain to me how and when payment is due was a pain in the a$$.
