Why was I refused entry into the bus when driver could clearly see that my card says already validated and not insufficient funds mind you this guy arrived 30min late at the station and it was also pouring hard outside, I then had to wait close to an hr at the station trying to sort this mess out because I have now been double charged? Still haven't been assisted just been made a fool of by doing this and that to no avail
