THIS MUNICIPALITY IS A JOKE!
How many freaking hours must I phone you with no answer? What the are your Clearance staff doing all day? Eating R150 000.00 worth of Nando's in a month? Sitting on your fat arses doing nothing?
Whenever I have the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with your apathetic, lazy, incompetent, indolent, unscrupulous Municipality, I silently curse.
If it isn't spending an entire DAY on the phone to try get hold of SOMEONE who deals with clearances to follow up on a request lodged MONTHS ago, then it's spending a day DRIVING there to be met with the same lackadaisical attitude and being told to "come back tomorrow", as if I have all the time in the world to do jacksquat such as what you are doing.
I vomit in my mouth just thinking of your ridiculous business.
