We have three companies account registered with Johannesburg municipality. I have been trying for years to get the service taken off our account as they PIKITUP does not service our area. we are being charged on a monthly basis and we have to pay!
I have explained this to every single person already at the call centre and PIKITUP offices however nothing has been done about this. I have sent email by the hundreds and still nothing being done about this. The call centre does not have numbers or email address for the billing department??? The council is our monies on a monthly basis and they don't care!!! when does the incompetence stop??? When does the stop and when does the ignorance stop???
My issue for the first time in 2 years that I have complained was lodged the first time in July 2013. They don't have a turn around time on their queries? I have never heard such in all my life.
I am disgusted in the service and overall intelligence of the people working in government departments. they are USELESS!!!
