Hello Peter,
I am utterly disgusted by SARS, I went to Randburg branch on the 15th of August 2013 took my time off from work to get banking details updated abd brought all the revelant documents but until today, the 47th day, and over 30 working days, I AM STILL IN AGONY, My banking details are not being updated!
I am calling ecveryday wasting my resources BUT THEY ARE BUSY GIVING ME CASE NUMBERS THAT ARE MEANINGLESS TO THEM AND THEY DO NOT ACTION ANYTHING! IM SITTING HERE WITH A LOT OF REFERENCE/CASE NUMBERS THAT DO NOT HELP. ALL THE CALL CENTRE AGENTS ARE BUSY TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE ESCALATING BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!
