I have been trying to get through to CICP to obtain a new CK2 document and get some questions answered. I have called them on their contact number of 0861002472 no less than 10 times. All I get is a recorded message of a woman's voice telling me how important my call is (and it repeats every 5 seconds).
I have also sent an email requesting this information
How do I get hold of someone a CICP and why does nobody answer the phones?
