Dissatisfied with your services

I am dissatisfied with your services because we have never received any feedback or notification to confirm that you have received payment from us and when will we be receiving our files from you guys. I have call more than 20 times and spend more than 1.30 minute each call I have made to CIPC as per the following numbers dialed 0861002472, 012 394 3429 and 0123943472 and would be put on hold for the next available agent to answer my call after an hour of holding for my call to be answered. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by re faxing and re emailing to the following emails; I have enclosed copies of my records. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved.
