No telephone answering

I posted my registration documents 6 weeks ago and even sent emails to them making a follow up about that and they dont respond. I've also been trying to call and they dont answer the phones, i hold for an hour everytime and just listen to the voice prompts. I've lost R600.00 worth of airtime trying to get hold of cipc, im so dissappointed wih the whole matter, what kind of service is this?
