I've been here since 7, waiting on 8 to write my learners license. So once u've passed ur being moved to the cashier/payment section. Cues don't move at all. I've literally stood here for 2 hours already. The one lady behind the window is constantly on het cell while every one is standing waiting.. Laughing, eating.. She was so rude, I asked her to please lend me her pen where she immediately replied NO. At first I thought she was kidding but then she ignored me flat. I didn't appreciate it.
