Elderly re-registration

In March of 2013 I sent out an e-mail to grantsenquiries @sassa as per the advertisement on the local papers and radio stations for elderlies that cannot go to the sassa offices for re-registration. I am the grand daughter - I then received a response saying that she will be called to make an appointment which never happened - I then kept them update as she has to go for her treatments I will then advise when she won't be at home. Shaun Newman sent me an e-mail on the 17/07/2013 to ask for an ID.NO.
Since then nothing and now she did not get her September pay - this is really a pathetic service for elders who cannot do anything and the people that work with them think so low of them that they do not prioritise when dealing with them Shame on all the people that were suppose to do this because she is now left broken and hungry while they have hot suppers with their familes she has to suffer. Why even come up with the suggestion if your department is not going to abide by it and do good to the older citizens or an older citizen only refer to their parents and grandparents - so disgusted of the service - or should I say the no service rathe
