Standard Bank should go back to basics

Went to an ATM yesterday to draw some funds to do a few things and pay accounts. Everything goes through I get my card back but no cash released, ATM states processing. During this time i had the chance to check 3 times at 3 different ATM's that the funds were not returned but did indeed go off... without me having it I might add. To top all of his there were no emergency numbers anywhere, tried the nr on the machine and its for the LOST CARD DEPARTMENT... why would you be at a ATM to report a LOST CARD??? Sure the reason would list accordingly in context on a query with the ATM or other related issues. Eventually after googling, got through to general queries in JHB logged it and was told it takes 1-15 DAYS!!! I requested to know why as she can clearly see the machine was faulty, funds were not real eased and it was requested by me. She frustratedly said SIR I SAID UP TO 15days as if that was good enough. So here I am out of pocket for not a small some i might add, for no fault of my own but its ok because they taking up to 15Days??? The amount was probably the cost of most peoples vehicles installlment. STANDARD BANK???
