I had a problem at Taffic Department in Ermelo today (20 Dec 2013) around about 12:35pm. When I got there the offices were closed without any notice on the door or something. Their closing times are 15:00pm as it is on the notice board. I wanted to collect my driver's license. I drove 80km from Amsterdam to Ermelo. I have asked the two securities that were on duty during that time but they gave me a very bad attitude and one of them was busy chatting instead of explaining to us on what is the problem. The people who are working in that office were also giving us a very bad attitude. They said they are offline but you could see that the people on the other counters were already gone. Warning us would have been appreciated instead of answering us very bad.
