As the municipality of mamelodi, he is the head manager. I had electrical problems with my account and had to pay the total owed for the accout to be activated. I did so and I was told that it would be cleared and active after 48 hours. 48 hours passed and still nothing happened. As I queried again via telephone a call centre representative said that the accout was not cleared for the person responsible for clearing the account did not clear it and that person is Mr Jansen. Over the phone with Jansen he was rude and did not have time to assist me with my query. I have been living without lights for 13 days now and my account is not owing anything. Please help with such relaxation and incompetence at our municipality what are we to do?
