At 23h24 I called the Tsakane Police station to complain about my neighbour who was playing his radio too loud at that time of the night, I spoke to Constable Ngcobo who promised to send a police van, I then called back at 23h52 to follow up on how long the van would take, the lady who sounded as if she had been fast asleep answered the phone and did not even identify herself answerf very rudely and when askf for Constable Ngcobo she said she was not there and Imust just wait for the van when I asked her on how long did I have to wait she hung up and when I tried calling back she hung up as soon as she heard that it was me, I am still waithng for the van and now the time is01h35, now when I call the station there's no answer, what I fail to understand is the attitude I got from the people who were suppose to help me, why is Police Station made a sleeping Zone when it is suppose to be helping the community 24/7. All I can do is wait, only knows for how long since it has been more than two hours now and the phone is no lonher answered.
