This is breach of contract where you city property, "suppose to" provide a service to us as customers, but go against your own rules and regulations. Your building manager has a blast of a party hiring a dj and making a noise for his wife? How do things like this occur considering your rules are that we dont make noise. My wife is writing exams on Monday and cannot study due to the excessive noise. Are the rules there to be broken, or are they there to restore order and ensure that we all enjoy living in this building? I will be taking legal action unto city property with regards to the events of tonight. This is totally unacceptable. It is now 12.52, and the music is extremely loud. This is the reason why this building is in such a state, look at what the building manager is doing... total disregard for the tenants or any other individual for that matter.
