The Acacia licence offices were closed because of the power failure. What a joke.
We went to collect my new licence and the office was closed. No power was necessary for this action, but no, the whole place was closed.
A notice was stick on the window with a number that you can phone, but nobody answer the phones if you try to phone. We also have no power at home for the last week but we must do what we have to do. We pay these peoples salaries and this is the service you get.
You got no change what so ever to submit a compliant cause every number you phone, they put you through to another extension and there they just put the phone down in your ear.
One feel so helpless, it feels like you fight against thunder.
What a pathetic service.
