I have been batteling for 3 weeks now to get a bulk container from the municipality. I have paid the money on 27/11/13 and still no container, after I was promised it will be delivered on 30/11/13. Everytime I phone I get transferred to someone else. Out of the 15 emails I have sent, only 3 was replied on. This service is rediqilous and the personell skills are pathetic.
