Once again today, there is no electricity in the Devland and Fredompark area. Eldos accross the street is lit up like a christmas tree, but not us!
we have undeveloped areas and high crime spots around us, a house has been broken into everyday for the past four days because the know our alarm systems aren't working when we don't have electricity. A little log for you:
15/08/2013 - no electricity from 16:00 to 20:00 - your twitter account tweets that Orlando service station is down. Granted.
16/08/2013 - no electricity from 21:30 to knows when - no update or feedback on whats happening.
17/08/2013 - no electricity from 18:00 to 21:30 - nothing again, even after i log a call on citypower.mobi and tweet the reference number to your twitter account.
18/08/2013 - no electricity from 18:20 to NOW. Nothing again from you.
Tried to call your call centre yesterday, held until I got a cramp in my neck. Tried again today and spoke to the loveliest lady I have ever spoken to in a call centre. Nomasonto told me there seems to be a problem with our sub station and listened to me rambling on, special thanks to her. Even if you don't respond, please fix this for good.
