Still waiting for opp

I saw the dr on the 17th of august! 2012 and i must go under
surgery, he said i will wait atleast 2
months, when i phone the staff tells me that they dont
have any info on my surgery date, i am very
ill, i cant live my life normal, im getting worst everyday!
till today i havent heard of them!!
