I would like to lay a formal complaint against SASSA for abuse of the public.
I have not received my son's Grant money for 4 months.
He had a permanent grant. They made us go through the whole process again of having recertified as disabiled by an external phyciatrist and then wait a month, go back see their phyciatrist.
We completed the whole process on the 30th October. The administration officer said it would be processed by the 12th of October.
NON of the phone numbers for the complaints and escallation at SASSA work.
What about all the poor old people who have to travel far to find out where there money is day in and day out.
Then I get told no, it takes 2 months. Then I get told, no it takes 3 months.
What on earth is going on with the system. It is completely dysfunctional and unacceptable to the public.
