Bus Driver Rude

There is a new driver who drives number 87 bus at 7h15 from johannesburg, from the 1st day this driver has been rude doesn't talk to us in a polite manner. Worse he doesn't allow us to ride the bus anymore, I don't understand this because this is not his bus he just an employee and we are paying to ride the bus what gives him the right to tell us he will never us allow on his bus anymore
