I made an application for a prepaid meter on 26 September 2013 in the Rooderport Area, i was issued a reference number and told in 2 weeks we will receive feedback.
Its now a month and half and still no feedback!!
I went back to their offices in October and was turned away and there was nobody to assist me!
Everytime i need to take off from work to go sort this out and nothing gets resolved! I was given contact numbers but nobody can assist me!
All i want to know is what is going on with my application, was it lost or what happened?
