My water supply was disconnected at one of my properties. This was confirmed by 3 individuals at 0860 103 089. I'm sure you can trace my calls on my cell number. After having made payment on ALL my properties in Cape Town as requested by the City, I was informed that there is a 48 hour reconnection TAT. There is not even a treacle of water, which is my basic right. What about the other areas that receive free water supply? I have kids that I need to care for. How am I supposed to do so without this very basic need?
To my surprise, my 2 outside copper taps have been removed () in the process. Upon making waves about trespassing, the Call Centre contacted me and retracted the statement that my water supply has been disconnected according to their earlier statements.
At this time, I have no water supply, my 2 taps are missing, so when the City does, eventually, decide to reconnect my water, there will be a problem with my missing taps and the copper pipes leading to it.

I'm not sure if I'm dealing with a City that works for Me of if I'm being violated by modern day criminals.
