About 2 - 3 months ago Ermelo Loodgieters replaced the old waterpipes at my house with copper pipes. First, we discovered that they completely cut off the water supply to the outside toilet facilities and they said it was not included on the quotation which is true. We did not ask them to replace the pipes that leads to that toiled but for some reason they "can't" reconnect the water without repiping that area as well. They still worked on a quotation they gave us about a year ago and did not amend the amounts and they then also out of their own used copper pipes instead of the pvc pipes that was quoted for. Since December we haven't had water for that toilet. At first they send a quote for R3 298-00 to repipe that small piece, which is almost half of the price we paid for the whole house. They afterwards changed the amount to just over R1 000-00. This morning at about 01:30 we heard water running on the outside, after getting up at about 05:00 we discovered it was from the new pipes they installed. We've phoned them to report the problem at 06:55 and untill now nobody came to fix this. I had to buy water for my claining lady to be able to claen my house.
