Our electricity went off at 15:00 12-11-2013.
We immediately reported the problem.
On 13-11-2013 at 6 there was still nothing done, and i reported the problem again.
At 10 :40 i once again phomed as there was still no repair, only o be told that an electrician sd not even been allocate the repait yet.
Turn around time should be 8 hours, and we are way over that.
No one is willing to confirm repair, give details or assistance.
Tried to lodge a complaint, a manager was not willimg to assist, and then promptly put the phone down during our conversation
