I tried now for several months to get my bills corrected and still today they come after hours and cut off my water supply which causes that I didn't have water the whole evening even after paying an amount I tried to correct by e-mailling them my accounts and proof of payment i'm living at Okiepstreet 13. i tried to phone them the mail proof of payments now answer due to the fact that it is after hours please help with advice the accounts involved is the following 2055740451, and 2056391809. The amount required was paid since aug they even deducted money when i buy prepaid electricity and still without warning they cut the house water and their is children involved. No after hours numbers is working I paid on both accounts R3000 which is far more than required and still the water is off. I hope you can help with this diilemma. Thanks much appreciated. Lizette
