Since 2013/06/10 we experienced low water pressure and after that no water supplies and the only answer we got from the manager water from ugu is that they are fixing the problem, then that we should have water all of couyrse.
My question is how do you let the storage tanks run dry and who will be paying for the water we have to buy as no tankers are available. This surely must be a breach in supply contract.
