Documents have been submitted for Spouse Pension payouts (who died after the main member without claiming spouse pension), claims from Beneficiaries have been submitted and acknowledged. To this date, no one can tell me when the money will be paid, week in week out I'm told to phone, talking to different Agents who say a different story each week, I have spoken to Kenneth, Nico, and recently Solomon (Supervisors & TeamLeader) still no proper feedback. At first I was told by Kenneth to write affidavits to explain why the claims are only made now; this was all explained. Then 6months later Nico tried to streamline the process but it was later discovered the file was never requested from storage, earlier claims were simply shelved without notice and not a single agent can explain why. Only then it was discovered that Beneficiaries were nominated and from which claims forms were received. Last phone call was on 02/11/13 where I was told the 5yr balance had lapsed. Then came Solomon who promised to follow up. I'm tired of waiting, it has been over a year now, I'm frustrated and at the end of my tether. I just want consistent and factual feedback, that's all
