We were all in the que waiting to apply for license renewals. Many of us (like myself) there from before 2pm. At 2:45 this gentleman, the acting manager Mr Smiles walks down the que and says if we're not in the building before 3pm they wont serve us. At 2:55pm we're at the front of the que and security calls us to enter the building. Mr Smiles rushes out waving his hands saying he won't allow any more people.. Ridiculous.. we're through the gates and he instructs the guards to force us out - there we are about 15 of us having wasted the whole afternoon off work & no temp licence.
I askwhat time they go home, surely they don't leave at 3. He answers that they work till 4. And they are always leaving late. After begging and pleading if promptly turns, walks inside and leaves us standing like fools. I ask the guards to please fetch him... and they refuse. The guard says they always let the que in. So myself and another chap open the gate and walk inside (again). Mr Smiles walks in and orders them not to help us.by 3:15pm everyone was helped and they were turning the lights off. still refusing to assist us. 3:25pm another guard manhandles forcefully shoves me out the building.
