Incompetent service at House & Home

We purchased a freezer at President Square House & Home and after paying them were referred to the branch at Constantia Kloof for collection as they had stock. It was arranged that the appliance could be collected anytime from monday afternoon. Upon arrival at the Constantia Kloof branch, the security guard at the entrance mumbled incoherrently and was not helpful. We found a sales lady who consulted with a manager and said the unit was available for collection at the delivery / collection gate at the rear of the building. When we got round there a security guard pointed us down the alley but no gates are marked and no-one else was around to point us to a collection point. When we eventually found the right gate we were told the unit would be collected and after waiting 15 minutes (after the initial 10 minutes inside the shop) no one resurfaced. A manager who happened to come out on a smoke break then assisted and only then did the freezer appear. Neither the frontline staff or collections staff are helpful or interested and don't have any pride in their work. Constantia staff are incompetent and we'll definitely not be shopping there again!!!
