Very pleased with service

I am relatively new to Johannesburg, and had to renew my drivers license on the 10/07/13. From start to finish I was met with helpful people - from the man directing me to the correct line for a drivers license, the man at the front desk who gave me the form (and his pen). The process was dealt with very fairly and efficiently, with ordered queues and friendly staff. Very impressed. Thank you for making this usually painful task very painless - I was finished in just over an hour.
